1. In this Regulation,
“Act” means the Act respecting municipal taxation (chapter F-2.1); (Loi)
“Manual” means the Manuel d’évaluation foncière du Québec published on the website of the Ministère des Affaires municipales, des Régions et de l’Occupation du territoire. (Manuel)
